As part of their CAS project, IBDP students created simple, nutritious recipes and instructional videos to promote healthy eating within the school and wider community. The project blended creativity, practical life skills, and social responsibility, as students researched nutritional values, developed accessible recipes, and demonstrated them step by step. Through this experience, they strengthened their collaboration, time management, and communication skills, while gaining a deeper understanding of food literacy and the impact of small, healthy choices. It also encouraged reflection on service and the power of contributing to community well-being through everyday actions.
